Initiate Your Request

Contact our Customer Care team or visit your local Sit 'n Sleep showroom with your original sales receipt to begin the return or exchange process.

Evaluation Period

For mattresses, we require a 30-night break-in period to allow your body to adjust to the new support system before an exchange can be processed.

Product Inspection

Ensure the item is in its original condition and free of stains or damage, as law tags must remain attached to qualify for a return or comfort exchange.

Schedule Pickup

Once approved, our delivery team will coordinate a time to pick up your item and, if applicable, deliver your new selection directly to your home.
